Fabric and hardware, chosen deliberately
Light filtering and solar fabrics
Openness factors from one to ten percent control glare and preserve the view. We bring full size samples to the consultation so you judge fabrics in your own light.
True blackout
Blackout fabric alone leaves light gaps. Side channels and fascia close them. We design blackout as a system, which is why our primary suites are actually dark.
UV protection
Solar fabrics cut the UV that fades hardwood floors, art, and upholstery, without giving up the skyline.
Inside and outside mount
We recommend the mount per window based on depth, trim, and light control goals, not per catalog default.
Roman shades
Soft tailored folds for rooms where fabric warmth matters. Available lined, unlined, and in blackout.

Questions we hear
What is an openness factor?
The percentage of the solar fabric that is open weave. Lower numbers block more light and glare, higher numbers preserve more view. We help you pick per room and exposure.
Do blackout shades block all light?
Fabric alone does not, light bleeds around the edges. With side channels and a fascia the room goes genuinely dark. We quote both options.
Can I clean roller shades?
Yes. Most fabrics need only occasional dusting or a light wipe. We advise on care per fabric at installation.
How long is the lead time?
Typically one to two weeks from measurement to installation.
